OBO 2012 Honda Accord EX-L V6 in Uniontown, PA

I'm looking to sell my 2012 Honda Accord EX-L with 31624 miles on it. I recently bought a new home and I simply do not want the payment anymore. I'd rather put the money into home improvements and buy a cheaper automobile. This car has all the bells and whistles, except for the navigation system. I did all of my own maintenance except for one occasion where I took it to the dealer. I have all receipts for every maintenance item I have purchased. I even changed the ATF fluid at each oil change!!! I still have 8 quarts of Honda DW1 ATF fluid that will be included with the vehicle. The vehicle is also garage kept. It is still on it's original tires, original brakes, etc. So, I definitely drive the car pretty easy and I babied her. I was getting 25-28mpg on this V6 on my 30 mile highway commute to work. So, a big engine doesn't have to mean bad gas mileage =). It still has the balance of the 36,000 mile factory warranty and a 7 year/100,000 mile extended bumper to bumper warranty with a $0 deductible that I will transfer to the new owner. If for some reason you are not interested in the warranty I can easily get my money refunded from Honda and take that amount off of the price of the vehicle. Personally, I prefer the peace of mind, but that's your choice. Please serious inquiries only. And you are more than welcome to have a Honda dealer take a look at the vehicle if there are any concerns. I am willing to work on the price of the vehicle, but my cars condition and records speak for itself.
